Offensive line consistency will be key

I will say this, absent a CFBPO appearance, the next best outcome would be rubber match in bowl game against the lizards (so long as they have a "good" season)...

And then beat them by 21+.

Would show upward trajectory for Miami.

For the coaches on here...

How did Miami's coaches allow as many "process" errors (i.e. clock managment, substitution errors, etc.) that we saw?

You'd think that would be coach 101 stuff. I'm not too forgiving on the "we are getting used to this" as an excuse either.

These are all seasoned coaches with bright lights experience.

We went through years of growing pains with Butch( I used to call these game management gaffes 'Botchilism'), Diaz has literally never been a head coach anywhere else. It's a tough gig (UM) for this to be your first one, and on national TV vs a rival. I suspect there will be more growing pains in this regard, unfortunately

Every obstacle is an opportunity. Every stumbling block is a stepping stone. Dog fights are the venues where this plays out. Bring this **** on. Being on prime time TV brings its own headaches with unscheduled tv time outs...
 
I always blamed Kehoe's musical chair approach to OL... now i feel it could have helped us in the last game

Jarren looks like the goods for now but MANN when jalen hurts came for his visit I would have rolled out the red carpet..the strippers...the bags.. you name it. We win if he was our QB against Florida. IMO of course

He didn't say we were playing BC. In a general comment about ACC play, he just said they looked good and organized, unlike us. Also we have only one redshirt freshman. The other is a true freshman. An early enrollee but a true freshman none the less. Do some research before ...

I suspect we did, but when the HC who's coached the last two Heisman Trophy winners comes calling there's only one answer.

Seems like the all new offensive coaching staff felt there was so much to fix, change and install they were not able to concentrate on basics as much as they could/should have. I expect much cleaner execution this week..
 
I really think we can run our way through our schedule. Our OL is built for it. Maybe a 60-40 run to pass split. Jarren shouldnt be asked to pass more than 20 times a game.

The dude said we have three freshman starting and one of them is a redshirt. Which is factually untrue. Williams red shirt, Campbell redshirt and Zion true Frosh. That’s two redshirts I count of the three, not one! Again do some research before ...

OK fine. You win. Do you feel better? Stop with the hair trigger. In your zeal to slam someone, his main point flew over your head. Their freshmen appeared solid, ours looked ragged. I'd go further to say that the UM-UF game was the sloppiest of all opening games.

Seems a lot of players did uncharacteristic things under the bright lights.
