i would call it the "unnecessary trick play against scrubs" offense

I mentioned during the game that those plays better be setups for Nebraska, etc. Either give them something to consider via formation or a play built on top of it.

As much as I want to believe this, I just think they are poorly timed, bad play calling.

Getting out the kinks against an easy opponent.

Oh, 'chunk.' Huh. Thought it was 'chuck'. Maybe it was having Morris at QB last year, or possibly how watching it often made me want to upchuck.

Our lack of offensive identity is an on going saga that will hurt against better coached teams with better talent. I think that OPs question would be a genuinely good question for a reporter to ask Coley or Golden because most are in the dark.

Coley is easily our worst play caller since Nix. He coaches scared. Go back and watch all the spring videos. Do you hear any actual instruction going on from him? Just puffs of hot air and cliches. Does he actually teach kids? He is at high school level/FIU level in terms of play calling.
