Fairly good filter for recruits. If a recruit wants to go there solely to get paid and not get developed, we may lose some talented guys, but dodge some bullets. Any recruit being offered even halfway comparable money should go to where they're best developed. For the record, not saying that's us right now. Our staff hasn't proven development or competence here yet.
