OC wont change much in my mind

If he brought in an OC, Wouldn’t he have to lose TB and Dugans... as he got them to come here and to stay here by making them co OC’s. I don’t see them taking demotions to accommodate one, and I don’t see MR getting rid of them. He’s stubborn and prideful, so I think he keeps entire staff as is.

Richt turned things over to the OC at UGA. Not sure why you think that cant happen here.

The admin/BOT will have to make it happen though.

But why not wait to see what the hire is first before proclaiming failure?

What makes you think your boy can spot a good offensive system?

He has had one offense in his entire coaching career in the top 20.

Richt is an offensive self proclaimed guru. The problem is his offense has never done much. I think when he was at fsu the reality was Bobby was the reason it went well.

Well, he also had an immobile (but extremely accurate) QB who had all day to throw the ball, and WRs who never dropped passes.
