We all know who screwed up - we had way too many fourth quarter scares due to . . . someone - the same someone who screwed the pooch further in our two losses - where we absolutely whizzed away those two games.

Nobody was beating down Dawson‘s door. He literally was a last candidate at the end of a three month OC search. TexasTech OC would likely would be an HC than Mario’s tough and physical coordinator

As I wrote earlier if Mario makes a change I could see him reverting back to a Michigan “multiple” type offense vs going to a spread or true air raid system. I just don’t see him changing his philosophy which is nuts considering the talent advantage we have week in week out.

Based on what? His 2 dc hires after Steele were not Saban odd front guys. For the most part, Mario has identified issues and changed minus penalties in his tenure.

At some point, you have to develop a quarterback and here’s one of the reasons why. When Beck was playing bad we had no choice but to continue to play him because we have nobody behind him. You need a competent QB2 which we will never have
