OC options?.....

Why would Kiffen go from being a HC to an OC? Use your brains, people.

Your odds of a better job is better as an oc at um. Oh and more money.

He comes to um and reinvigorates our offense he gets a good job very fast. He'd never left bama if not for a bad relationship with saban

Way way more money. And talk about juice in recruiting. God**** this COULD work out beautifully.

Lane train has been a HC at Tennessee, the Raiders, and FAU. No way he comes here to work for a career assistant getting his first shot at running the show.

Bruh he has 2 million reasons why he would do it, plus a new coach will stay out of his biz. Experienced coaches micromanage. Saban micromanaged him and it didn't end well. Diaz would pretty much leave Kiffin to do his thing. Twice the pay, autonomy, super high profile gig in the best recruiting area in the country, and less responsibility? Sounds awful.

If he has success as Miami OC, he gets Jedd Fisched by an NFL team to be OC, then he could get in line for another NFL HC gig one day. No one cares about him having success at FAU. Doesn't help him get back to NFL.

Kiffin would be phenomenal, but probably more realistic is Bedenbaugh. That's a good hire as he can fix the OL and install an Oklahoma offense.

Diaz also needs to find someone with Polynesian connections so we can start getting some of those big bodies on the OL and DL (and maybe even a qb)

There are numerous OC’s I would be very excited about hiring, especially Bedenbaugh or Kiffin. I wouldn’t mind Applewhite or Yost either. If Manny is thinking in this same vein then he will already be successful at Miami over Richt and his archaic offensive concepts. The question becomes will Diaz force the new OC to take Hartley and/or Dugans? What about Brown? Personally I don’t see all the benefits of keeping TB unless the masses believe he’s the reasoning behind us landing Lo and Cam last recruiting class?

All aboard!
