Ken Dorsey - I know I know, but was just hired as OC for App State. He has the mind and the background with the Panthers to be a good OC.

Diaz was #2 on my list for HC behind Urban. Dream scenerio was Diaz HC, and Kiffin OC. Fits the xs and os. Fits the recruiting needs. And hes just an all around fit with how he just gives a **** about winning. Pwrsonality wise Diaz fits what we need to a tee. As does Kiffin. This isnt Randy, Golden or Richt. These are guys that give a **** about winning on the field. That is the difference. Mannys defense was built for Miami. Need to do the same thing on offense and were set
