Yeah It means he was at the top of the tree who comes in that program. Coaches had to come to him first before they would bring anybody on that team. That's exactly what we need here because all we have done is fail. We also need a special QB coach to be on the *** of the QB room. OC need to oversee his entire offense and let the position coach do their work. No more double duty.

..what college program Has Zo been around? Hes been around at the pro level no doubt. **** I know everybody is sold on it cause he’s a Cane.. I’m just optimistic

What this program needs is someone like Highsmith to define and build a football program that will excel at the Miami type football that relied on toughness, quickness, speed, creativity, and innovation.

Highsmith has met - oh - how many schools and coaches does he have in HIS Rolodex/phone directory? He knows who is winning, who is developing players, and the common personalities and characteristics that they all have in common.

When you've been around pilots, or mechanics, or accountants, or coaches for decades at the higher level of performance - you know a good coach when you see one, and you know the type of coach that is innovative, solid, creative, and wants maximum speed and can likewise recruit speed and performance.

Wanna know who the good doctors are? Go to the hospital and talk to the RN's.

He’s been to a lot of programs around the country he stated in several interviews he’s done over the years about his travels to different Universities around the Country. Other posters will support this fact!

He worked in a professional front office so ofc hes been around different programs..I hope y’all right

I agree, just fire Fake James, for some reason the BOT thinks he’s the only one that can raise money through fund raisers in the world.

Tfwiw but ferman says they are gonna offer Alonzo a job but with no real power to shut the fan base up and they are hoping he declines so they can be like "Well we tried"
