Coaching OC/DC Cristobal NEEDS, not necessarily who he GETS

I don't mind "playing to stengths" of current talent, but at some point the program needs to bite the bullet and get players with capabilities that allow our Canes to Win 3-5 years from now amd on.

The current roster can't do it for the most part.
And Mario's recruiting acumen makes thar possible as overall talent upgrades are coming. After a couple recruiting cycles we'll have the hosses up front to impose our will and run a lot more. The OC he hires needs to understand we're a pass first team until we prove we aren't basically.

I think we can pull Tom Herman. Mario can start his own HC rehab center here at Miami if we are going to start paying big time money.
