Coaching OC/DC Cristobal NEEDS, not necessarily who he GETS

He'll want someone who presents a balanced attack but we NEED someone innovative who plays to the strengths of our current personnel and maximizes the talent in our qb room. TVD is an insanely major upgrade to Anthony Brown.

I don't mind "playing to stengths" of current talent, but at some point the program needs to bite the bullet and get players with capabilities that allow our Canes to Win 3-5 years from now amd on.

The current roster can't do it for the most part.

I’ll take Moorhead, he is great. His QB just sucked. He was at PSU with Barkley

Moorhead is gone. He was a HC before being "demoted" to OC with Mario, and he's now headed to Akron IIRC as a HC.

Dan Mullen is a fantastic complement to Cristobal.

He syncs up with our personnel very well

I hope Mario doesn't play it safe and go for say Chud as OC.

Mario needs to watch some TVD film and see how the kid thrived in the Air Raid system, then go out and get someone who is a part of that school of thought

I think Mario hired three future P5 head coaches and coordinators... just while at FIU.

He will have the budget to build a great staff, and he has an eye for coaching and recruiting talent.

Plus Marcus Arroyo, Andy Avalos, and Moorhead (I guess you can count him) from Oregon.

Satterfeld probably the most successful out of all of them but still pretty good track record.
