Based on the track record of those that have transfered from Miami, not many have outperformed what they did here. Brashard is the only one that comes to mind. Horton has maintained last year’s production, but has not exceeded it.

Elijah Roberts is the one that got away.

Ny Carr was recruited here after a 7-6 season. The wheel went round for the offense the very next season. Ny Carr was a great land for a 7-6 team but we're now a back to back 10 win team. He got left behind.

Perhaps he'd do well to end up at Duke. They're a good 7-5 kinda program.

They overlapped in 22'. Your point is still valid though. Besides Roberts the majority of the portal outs have not been devastating. They have a good track record of keeping the right guys around.

i think practice is where he gets an opportunity, and apparently he doesn't do it well enough. We don't throw guys in games to see if they can do it.

Two things can be true at the same time. Ny Carr can be a P4 level talent, and that at the same time be passed up by even more talented players. I expect him to land well and perform fine, but be paid less and not create much sellers remorse here on CIS. The guy I do not want to lose is Jojo.

You dont know what the kid practices like. He had the opportunity in practice.

Wonder where the coaches thought his deficiencies were? Size, route running, blocking, getting separation, hands ???

Speed and agility always were touted as plusses.

Practice doesn't count as opportunities to prove oneself?

No coach in america at any level will just put a kid in a game for the sake of it especially if the kid hasn't proven himself to be reliable during practice where conditions are controlled

you just start following recruiting? He cant crack the lineup so his NIL is going down. He wants a place where he can go and play and NIL go up
