Notre Dame vs Ohio State - give me a reason

ermmmmm if 2002 fiesta bowl never happened, no one on this board would give a flying **** about osu and would all be screaming "DIE DOMERS DIEEEEE"

so yeh

also like I've said before, I don't harbor some deep hatred for osu because they're not the ones that threw the flag. Terry porter now, yes we can all hate him

This is a joke of a game they they're trying to make important, OSU will crush ND.
I think the ND coaching hire is going to really show itself as unwise, dude's not ready yet IMO.

Also ryan day is an average coach, about as average as they come. Georgia made michigan look like they even belong on the same field with them, that same michigan team made osu look like they didn't belong on the field. The talent level of both of osu and uga is similar, so that leaves coaching and development which with oregon smashing them in columbus also = ryan day is not very good.

And he lost to an Oregon team that he way out talented last year....

What does it say about college football when the gap between "2" and "5" is 16 points?

I do find it funny that Manny's defense allowed 31 points and yet Golden's is expected to allow even more. Looks like Blake Baker's Missouri defense allowing 24 might be the best of the weekend.

Golden is a better coach than Manny IMO and fits what ND wants to be more than Manny at PSU. I expect like a 27-10 type of game OSU.

It's easy you root for neither but should the domers win thats ok cause they will probably donk a game to an ACC opponent. No positive comes from OSU winning besides the fact that the leprechauns catch an L.

OSU steals more recruits and has been on too far too long, so I’ll be rooting for ND.

That said, OSU is going to annihilate them.
That’s the logical side of the brain. The emotional side sees Al Golden at DC and may be winning.

I hope it goes into OT and both team have 25 possessions and no one scores and they finally call it a tie after 7-8 hours of football…

Short of an asteroid hitting Columbus and wiping out both schools, not sure of another game where I HATE both schools with as much passion as these two.

so give us a dispassionate reason to root for one outcome over another in this game.

(And no UF- FSU is not one because I hate UF more unless fsu losing impacts us)

I gots nothing

I can get you to cheer for one of them. Place a large sum of money on one of the teams. Then cheer away
