Need to win tonight

It helps that the Auburn win was convincing but we will hear "it was on the road BS"

Best case scenario.

Clemson wins tonight

Notre Dame wins tonight

Georgia beats Auburn next week ( so bama lost to a 3 loss - non champ team

We beat clemson

We would have 2 top 10 wins and a top 20 VT win in this scenario

Bama would have wins over top 15 LSU and that's it.

I feel u on this... But sorry.... **** the domers..... Can't cheer these sissies ever

A&M gonna beat LSU so LSU will be out of top 25 or close to it. Bama will have no wins of a top 25 team. And if they put LSU from 20-25, this will be a team that lost Tom Troy. hey ain’t gettin in.

I think the only team that needs to win is us in Charolette on Dec 2nd. They will not leave out a 1 loss ACC champ, with three quality wins.

No way Bama gets in. They will probably drop to 5 this week behind Clemson assuming they win, OU, Wisky and Auburn. How do they jump back up while not playing a game?

Ohio State defeats Wisconsin. And they will be favored to do so.

The committee would then be choosing between an Ohio State team that lost by 15 points on its home field to Oklahoma and 31 points on the road to Iowa, or an Alabama team that was consensus #1 all season and has only one loss, on the road against Auburn.

The last part is Bama's ace in the hole.

As i sit here and listen to Kirk Herbstreit say Auburn should be the #1 team in the country...

Notre Dame are getting man handled by Stanford. Don't expect them to win.

Need ND to win. Committee can't justify dropping Miami behind Notre Dame so a win by them tonight keeps us from falling too far If ND loses we'll be behind Ohio State.

Not surprising. What's become very clear the last couple years is that having quality wins is a way more important than a couple of losses.

If I'm an AD I'm putting together the crazy schedules I can find because clearly people will forgive a loss or two if you can string together a couple of victories against good teams.

Seems like the veiled attempt to prop up Bama. Perhaps I'm just anticipating all the nauseating Bama arguments about to come our way.

Already hearing arguments that, worse case, Alabama should be in over Georgia and Auburn.
