Notre Dame a 3.5 point favorite (All Miami-ND, Mali News)

If he was rolled up by a DT then that probably means it was a something behind the LOS middle of the field.

Which he shouldn’t be doing in games or practice.

My biggest coaching complaint this year has been the failure to take basic steps to minimize putting him at the bottom of a pile near the LOS.

All of the other wrs on the teams yardage added up together dont even add up to Toneys yards do they? I dont see why everyone is so optimistic that making it to the acccg is going to be a cake walk still....

Because pussies don't like to look at this:

Like I said I am not as optimistic that Duke and Va tech are given wins without Toney and his production. I hope I am wrong but we will see how it goes. If there are a bunch of two loss teams in the ACC then who knows who will win the tiebreakers

You do realize, all those ridiculous tiebreakers are gone, correct?

If there are any ties, Miami will win based on "overall team resume" and "body of work".

We are a game ahead of Wake, who we beat head-to-head. We would have to lose 2 out of 3 ACC games to even be TIED with any other team, and there are 5 of them. We already have head-to-head over Clemson.

Of the other four 2-loss teams (Louisville, SMU, VaTech, and Duke), SMU and VaTech play this weekend, so SOMEBODY will have 3 losses. Also, Duke will play Clemson, and Wake will play both Duke and SMU. So let's not pretend like we are going to be tied with a bunch of 2-ACC-loss teams.

That's just weak-mindedness.

Bruh if we can’t beat Duke after we took their best two players then this isn’t the year.

Again do some research 🧐. The tiebreaker rules were changed after last year because of the mess that happened. Then grow a pair of balls. We still have the Heisman front runner in Mensah. Would you rather be in OSU position with their star WR still on the field with no one to throw the ball to him? Or where we are? Jesus this fan base is just soft!

Let’s remain calm and focus on Saturday. A win alleviates a lot of pressure obviously.

I still like Mensah to carve up ND. Remember, we don’t need to speculate what Coop and Mensah can do, we already saw it. Also, BYU won with 4 systematic drives executed by an experienced QB.

Another way to put it BYU won without Malachi Toney. We have more talent than BYU and a better QB. The QB is most important position on the field. People are under rating what Mensah will do on Saturday because of Toney. What they don’t realize is Mensah without Toney is scary, they will see soon. Please don’t disregard Mensah experience and skill. He’s operating at the highest level for a college QB, it’s hard to stop him no matter how good you are, he’s at the APEX of what a college player can be. It’s still only 7 point spread or whatever for a reason…

I am aware of the tiebreaker changes. Very good chance if Miami loses two out of three of their last games va tech or duke could also only have two loses depending on how things go, and then they wont have head to head tie breaker anymore. All I am saying is it's not a forgone conclusion they are gonna win ACC, especially with the defense issues plus Toney being out now.

Lots of football left so let's see how it plays out and see what teams records are at end of season before crowning them ACC champs. That's great that you think they will win no matter what happens. How many times has this team won the ACC since joining the conference again?

In what universe are we losing to Duke or BC?

Duke can’t pass. Stop their run game and it’s a wrap. BC? Come on now.

It’s a different team. Different QB. Different mentality. Let’s see it play out. We will know more Saturday. But you guys are acting like we shouldn’t show up.

I want what you’re drinking. Canes are getting thumped with or without Tony. I saw enough of FSU and NC. Today that this will be obviously over halfway through the third quarter.
