Notre Dame a 3.5 point favorite (All Miami-ND, Mali News)

Barry Jackson claims to report from UM people that it wasn't that bad. Geo Milian says there isn't a ton of optimism for Toney's availability for Sat. Sounds like no one really knows anything for sure. I am hoping for the best at this point. As we get closer to the game, maybe we will know a little more but maybe not.

Geo is making me feel like this injury is a lot worse than is being reported
It’s very likely torn ligaments and he’s been dealing with it for some time. You can play on it, sometimes without any impact, but it’s easier to roll and aggravate. When that happens, you could be down for a couple days or weeks. Usually no surgery necessary. I’m not a doctor but I did play basketball.

Hope wrong but I’m hearing that Mali hurt his ankle and is questionable to suit up. Heard it’s not serious but it’s a possible re-aggravation of an ankle injury he sustained at WF!

I concur, I’m just saying Jackson has higher chance of being correct vs Pete Thamel who is a paid propaganda fake journalist. He’ll break stories here and there - sure - but his main function for the Mouse is to spread ESPN Disney Corporate Soviet Style propaganda.

Wrong.

And this isn't about "higher chance of being correct". BOTH OF THEM are reporting secondhand information. Except Pete Thamel did not make it ABOUT HIMSELF, while Barry Jacksoff did.

I don't care what your thoughts on ABC/ESPN are, as an employer, but I assure you that the Miami Herald is no better.

I'm not a doctor but I did play basketball is an elite message-board sentence.

I'm gonna be honest this is the stuff people in our fanbase do that kills me, if it's not your place to disclose the time table than why are you making this tweet at all other than for engagement lmao

Particularly because Geo was told NOT to report certain things that he is now putting out there (via leaks, not tweets).

Yep...his foot fell off. Mali is thorough about everything, but he apparently didn't clip his foot strap before practice and the dang foot just rolled right off.

Gonna be a long 3 days hearing about how Toney is going to play or not going to play, he is out for season or maybe he won't miss anytime

Apparently HE DID sustain an injury in practice to day and is being evaluated to determine IF he will be able to play on Saturday. Not BS.

Spot the **** ball

Those who were clamoring for the backup WR’s to get more playing time will either feel vindicated or wish they never brought it up by the end of Saturday night
