This on top of producing the two worst defenses miami has ever seen

And another thing that really bugs me about this "progress" thing...
You can talk about a certain player and how they progressed but you have to realize that you get these kids for 3-4 years...PERIOD. There's no "contract extensions" you can use. You really can't waste time completely changing a player to fit a bigger picture plan. You gotta use what they got to the fullest!!
