This thread is pointless. Rankings are overrated as most of our recruiting classes amounted to NOTHING.

Its really simple... we need a staff that recruits a STRONG OL and DL. I feel Enos is a proper OC and understands the importance of getting studs upfront and we have a pretty decent DL with Phillips coming in next year. Give me a top 25 class with a few 4 star OL and we ROLL!

If Manny can't win while the talent Richt recruited is still here, and he's re-stocking with #20 type recruiting classes - then Manny won't even have that "moment".

The talent Richt recruited? You do realize this is a team that was 7-6 last year and got their **** kicked in the bowl game, right?

I think the shifting of attention to the administration is the right strategy. If Manny fails( I want him to succeed but I just don't see it happening), then the University is going to be humiliated like never before at a local and national level.

Not sure what you're saying. Do you think we went 7-6 because we had 7-6 type talent? Or because Richt underachieved as a coach?

I'm saying Richt did well as a recruiter, but not as a coach - and Manny (as of now) isn't doing well as a recruiter or a coach.
