this dude is a bully coach, hes aggressive against **** comp, and goes completely conservative against the big boys... grohlden needs to stop speaking in absolutes and gerneralizations, and the conversations with him need to become more poignant, and citing specific examples/moments, i.e. agaimst ranked teams or games where the division is on the line you go butt *** conservative
