Not Do or Die Season per Al and aggressive WEfense

Saw that earlier. What a joke. Last year was his do or die. He died. Just the administration not willing to pay for the funeral. We have seen the best of Al Golden and it sucks. Who knew "Are you kidding me!" would be his high water mark.
 
if i pulled up his pre-season interviews from 2012, 2013, and 2014 I'm certain I would read or hear the same thing.

what a fantastic question to throw in his face when commencing an interview. it implies so many things, including (a) his job is on the line and he's going to get fired if the team does not excel, (b) everyone knows (a), (c) his tenure here has been a disappointment and (d) he sucks as coach.
 
He is so delusional that he's convinced himself that the passive bull**** we've seen for 4 years now is aggressive. **** me!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again....Not firing Al Golden last season will set this program back another 5 years. We could have Butch right now training his savage pitbulls to kill and assembling his goons on the recruiting trail. Now we will have to start all over.
 
On the positive, he acknowledged he has a veteran QB and defense. He's also kept his scheme ...

After it doesn't work this year, only one place the blame can fall.

If Hoch had a set of balls, he would've followed up that sorry excuse for a response with the same question.
 
But it still really bothers me to see him use Kaaya's experience as a crutch for last year.

We didn't HAVE to start Kaaya ... Golden CHOSE to start Kaaya. And now he's using it as an excuse for why the team went 6-7 in 2014???

Stuff like that keeps me from getting back onboard with him. Own the past season ... Say, "every year is do or die!".

He's so phony and insulated, it's hard to take him seriously about anything, IMO ...

his defensive philosophy is 180 degrees removed from the athletes in S.Fla its incredible
what you will see is a mid 70's game plan lots of running the football, maximizing the play clock
( snapping with less than 5 seconds on play clock) this style will minimize Doritos exposure.
6-7 win season..... adios to Donna, Al & Blake.... good luck and dare i say good riddance

He's implying that by extension of criticizing Al Golden, we are criticizing the player's work ethic.

It's almost like he's holding the players hostage and using them as leverage.
 
It's never a do or die season for Goldie. That's how this guy operates. And that's why we don't win games. No **** urgency. No do or die games, practices, plays, nothing..

For the clowns that say "what do you want him to say?" Well he should say "definitely Hoch every year is do or die.." Let the players know every **** play, practice, and game matters.
