Let’s start and end there. We have good players but average to below average coaches.

The issue with our team is the young guys flash as freshmen and then most don't seem to improve much the following years.The 3 LBS looked nice their ist year here and should be dominating and taking over games now and they're not.Same wiith Donaldson and Garvin and Donaldson and Bandy and Carter and many others.

We have talent but not good players. They will be good in the NFL when they have legit coaches

Same threads and thoughts under Shannon and Golden. Plenty wound up getting drafted and having long careers once they got real coaching. There is plenty talent if we had the right coaches putting them in the right schemes and positions to succeed.
