My downvote is because it's a ridiculous overreaction. Norvell has done nothing in his career yet. He took a Memphis team that Fuentes built, and kept them good. VERY different than rebuilding an absolute dumpster fire of a program like FSU, with very different pressures and expectations than Memphis.
