In simplest terms, if you like a power running game, regular deep routes, and a mid-range passing game that is really part of the plan (likely a versatile TE), Norv is for you.
Do I like that at Miami? Absolutely.
Are we hiring Norv Turner, or any other OC, now? Absolutely not.

It would be interesting if Butch went to FIU but for that to happen, they'd have to fire Norv's Baby Brother and I don't see how Big Bro could accept the job
