Their offense was an issue after their first 4 games, but Norvell isn't the guy to fix it. I'm glad he will be calling plays. Dude sucks.

He should split all his earnings with Jordan Travis. Outside of Travis, everything he’s done on offense has been gimmicky or pedestrian.
