Paying someone else isn't the issue. It's Norvell's buyout.I'm not talking P4 or top P5. I'm talking FCS HC. A Cignetti type that they pay $500K base and $300K a win. Cap him at $2.5M or so. That's what Lashlee made his first couple of years at SMU. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I'd honestly fire Norvell yesterday.
But it's FSU. I hope they keep Norvell all the way to term, he sneaks in another 8-4 season at the ends and gets renewed. I'm just shocked at how desperate that school and program have become. The worst possible bets and decision making they could have made at the worst possible time.
Remember when people legit thought they'd be the SEC's and BiG's first choice for expansion? LOL. They're lucky they're even allowed to stay in the ACC.

Tua's contract?Plenty of banks lent money to Enron.

Like this? Here is a picture of Joke Campbell Stadium back in the 1960s. I started going to games there (as a Hurricane) in the 1980s. I have seen the stadium evolve and morph every two years since the mid 80s.
What is striking is that, essentially, all of this **** is still there. All the stadium improvements that I have seen over the past 40 years have involved building AROUND all of that old bull****. Not tearing it down. Not levelling the site. Just building more and more onto an ancient structure, kinda like the old Orange Bowl did.

Did everyone come in a different car for that game? There looks to be more cars than people there…Here is a picture of Joke Campbell Stadium back in the 1960s. I started going to games there (as a Hurricane) in the 1980s. I have seen the stadium evolve and morph every two years since the mid 80s.

If they did change it the Noles sure have the tanking for the top pick down pat…
Holy **** Pensacola st. and the baseball field. I wanna say my first game at the erector set was 83. Doak has always been trash. I can't tell you how many baseball games I went to across the street. In some ways the baseball games were rowdier than the football games. Here is a picture of Joke Campbell Stadium back in the 1960s. I started going to games there (as a Hurricane) in the 1980s.
