Wow, that’s an impressive list…Cornrow Mike stuffing Monmouth in a locker. Has anyone here ever heard of Gannon? What the heck is Capital University?

With the Gus situation, I think what happened is he was hoping they were going to fire him and pay his buyout but they called his bluff. In the end, he said I ain’t going down with this sinking ship…deuces!!

Not sure all of those schools even offer scholarships for athletics.

This happening i think buys Norvell another year after 26. The whole offense has been constructed to fit Gus gimmick offense. They dont have the money to fire him and he has the prefect excuse to get another year after they go 2-10. Love to see him get another chance in 27 lol

To be fair Norvell's offense doesn't take a ton of talent at QB. It is basically run around and heave it up in the hope your WR catches it.

It’s the pride of Columbus OH for the DIII set.

Fifty+ years ago when I was just a lad growing up next to the Wittenberg U campus Capital was one of our fiercest rivals.

I haven’t thought about them since I left OH in my rearview mirror 49 years ago .
