Yup they looked all world against Kent state and that directional community college from Texas. They started playing real teams and they fell back
Heck, it was even more than All-World. They scored 77 and 66 points, and they had 750 and 775 yards in those two games. Those are just numbers that are grossly disproportionate to what any other P4 football program does when they get a chance to play a cupcake. Miami scored 45 on Bethune-Cookman off of 500 yards of offense.
And then the F$U fans are bragging about "how good" their offense was in 2025. And you aren't allowed to point out the two cupcake wins, because they will try to smear you with "but everyone does it", though I can't think of any other P4 programs who posted TWO WINS that were quite as obnoxious on yardage and points.
Eventually, they will try to tell you that they had an issue with "scoring offense", as if they could move the ball up and down the field with ease, but they were somehow allergic to the red zone. But the reality is that they racked up a huge chunk of their yardage in the 4th quarters of games they were losing my multiple scores.
Ridiculous.
