Thanks….Frat. Pi Kappa Alpha. We have one at UM too, or at least we did when I was there.

I lived on Mahoney 4Long my freshman year in 1997. The football players all lived on 4 and 5Long. Baseball was on 4Short, Basketball was sprinkled in the middle (but some were also on Pearson 7Long - the infamous 7th Floor).
Yes, we are all very, very glad social media didn’t exist back then.![]()
I know in old but what is pike? Strip joint…or crack house..
They don’t have the $$$James Franklin is in talks with VT, FSU must be keeping Norvell for another year.
I’m starting to think FSU does have the money more and more, but it makes zero sense to wait because the best candidate may be off the table already. I really have no clue what they are doing, other than hoping Norvell can win out this season and then let him take the drumming of next years schedule. They don’t have the $$$
If the Franklin to VT smoke is real, I genuinely don't understand it from his perspective. He said, on gameday after he was fired, that his goal remained the same: winning a national championship. VT is about one of the worst places to do that. Franklin has one more chance for a solid P4 job. If he underperforms at his next stop, he's done. VT is a complete top-to-bottom rebuild. They also don't have the $$$ or resources to compete with the top of the ACC.They don’t have the $$$
FSU isn't as easy or glamorous of a job as their fans think it is. Sky high expectations, a ceiling on resources/donations/NIL, and direct competition with the top programs in Florida and the south. At VT, Franklin would have time.He did well at Vandy. VT is a similar gig to Vandy. He also recruits VA well. I could see his style doing well in Blacksburg. Not sure he wants any part of Tally drama
SMU showed up and has been a top ACC because coaches like Mario **** down their own leg and leave the door open.If the Franklin to VT smoke is real, I genuinely don't understand it from his perspective. Question: Just how *** can you be?
Seminoles' Answer:

Because he may want to win a championship but he really wants a job where he can be good not great and get paid for it. If he has a run anywhere near what he had at PSU at VT, they’ll build a statue of him.If the Franklin to VT smoke is real, I genuinely don't understand it from his perspective. He also left Vandy in the middle of a rape scandal involving his team. The guy went to a place where they hid the rape of children. I don't think he's scared of any drama
Can definitely see why he thinks his team will win a national championship after that dominating winI think it’s time to give cornrows his due.
That was an amazing win yesterday and undoubtedly justifies not only him retaining his position, but extending his contract.
From his prancing out to the field extending his pinky in the air, to his great coaching and recruiting, to the back rubs, the holes need not look elsewhere for a long term coaching solution.
