I watched the 2019 game vs fspoo highlights for fun the other day and there was a 4th and 1. We kicked the field goal with Camden price. No chance we don’t go for it with these Mario teams. Just shows how the mindset has changed

They went 2-10 JUST LAST YEAR and they are acting like this.

They have losing records SIX OF THE LAST EIGHT SEASONS and they are acting like this.

They lost 63-3 to UGA in 2024 after the SNUB and they justify that one too as not being their fault because of the players that sat, and the snub, and a million other reasons THAT DO NOT MATTER BECAUSE UGA SHOULD NEVER BEAT THEM BY SIXTY EVEN ON THEIR WORST DAY.

This thread is on the recruiting board - all of us that post in here regularly KNEW how badly their recruiting has been under Norvell, and how bad their depth issues have been.

That's why it DOES NOT MATTER about the 4th quarter, or the margin of victory, or anything else. This is how they are, this is how they have always been, and this is how they will always be. I do NOT want to hear any more complaining about our coaches being at fault for their bull****.

You know why the FSU tears is so enjoyable for us, this FSU team is essentially Miami for the past 10 years before Mario got here. Our team would have occasional flashy wins and our overall talent appeared to be better than it was because of skill positions being higher ranked. But even those skill positions were never the elite true five stars but were upper four stars at best. This skewed the overall talent composition and made it seem that we had a top 15 to 20 roster. However if you looked at the lines of scrimmage especially the O line it was putrid. That is why when it really came down to it any real team would work us. This is essentially Florida State. And until they can get somebody who can build a team like Mario this will never change. I feel that is why the salty tears are so delicious because it is something we can relate to.

These are the same people that just don't believe in basic stats.

The 2 winning seasons were the 10-3 and 13-1 teams that was full of transfers. Transfer QB (I know travis was bad when he transferred but important to note that he was a transfer), all time transfer DE (Verse was incredible before going), transfer DT, RB transfer, transfer WRs across the board, etc.

And those same people give us crap for utilizing the transfer portal!

They will move the goalposts no matter what - that’s why it does not matter if we shut them out by three digits! They will still cry like the little ******* they are.
