I'm here for it. Let them talk themselves into keeping NorvellLL around for another 6 years.I’ve never seen a team, their coaches, and their fanbase try so had to talk them out of an ahhsswhoop.
I’m serious. I’ve never seen it.
It’s one thing to say you lost and had some tough breaks.
But they are literally saying that their output for 3 quarters had nothing to do with our defense or offense.
Everything that happened was their own doing. Our offense and defense had no effect on the game at all.
It was all their fault.
Imo the biggest problem at FSU right now is their garbage HS recruiting and Portal Scouting. I don't think the issue is really about the scheme and general coaching and in game decisions as much as it's about them just not being good recruiters+scouts. Like I look at FSU and think they are entirely reliant on the portal because they don't do well enough out of HS recruiting, and then because they have to go all in for the portal, when they miss on a specific player, it has an even larger impact because they were fully reliant on that guy. But like to me their RB, DBs, DTs are fine/good. Their LBs are bad. Their EDGEs are average to below average. Their OLine is fine for their scheme. Their QB matches the scheme, but the dude just can't throw that well. And that's alll their is to it. Their Wrs are solid. Duce is in that Keon Coleman role. Danzy can make plays... but like as a whole they're just not as talented. I think it's pretty likely that FSU wins out or only drops 1 more gaem tbh. I think it'll be close though like I can see them losing to Clemson, UF, and NCSt. So they're likely a 7-10 win team this year. So I don't see them moving on from Norvell.
Just financially it probably makes more sense to just go all in on hiring the best GM and support staff for scouting + recruiting that they can, and spend 50% of the buyout money on just increasing NIL for 2-3 years than fire Norvell.
Joe Brady the guy who likely will be a top target for NFL jobs this offseason is going to turn them down to coach FSU. Not delusional at all.some delicious delulu in here… broke them so bad they started mentioning Joe Brady

And the refs deciding not to call holding which occurred on at least half of the plays in that 20 play drive or the intentional grounding. All of which would have stopped them from ever coming back. It’s seriously insane what I keep seeing from FSU fans lol down 28-3 completely dominated and then needed 20 play drives with us giving them 5 yards a play to claw back. Amazing.
It's AI.Yo this cant be real
Ah remember when we beat OSU 24-6. Or beating Oklahoma. Golden even beat UF. They even blew ND out in 2017 with RosierYou know why the FSU tears is so enjoyable for us, this FSU team is essentially Miami for the past 10 years before Mario got here. Our team would have occasional flashy wins and our overall talent appeared to be better than it was because of skill positions being higher ranked. But even those skill positions were never the elite true five stars but were upper four stars at best. This skewed the overall talent composition and made it seem that we had a top 15 to 20 roster. However if you looked at the lines of scrimmage especially the O line it was putrid. That is why when it really came down to it any real team would work us. This is essentially Florida State. And until they can get somebody who can build a team like Mario this will never change. I feel that is why the salty tears are so delicious because it is something we can relate to.
exactly then we got out ish pushed in by a mid wisconsin team bc our lines were so badAh remember when we beat OSU 24-6. Or beating Oklahoma. Golden even beat UF. They even blew ND out in 2017 with Rosier
