I'm curious as to why they even pulled trick plays in the first place? Why the reverse? Are they just stat padding or what?

I’m not a big pff guy but if their OL is graded so low I’d imagine it’s because they’re not that good or aren’t winning 1v1 matchups?

144 of their 230 yards rushing against Bama was either from the 3 end arounds or Castellanos scrambling/RPOs

Does anyone have more posts from this thread

They aren't running against us and they surely aren't passing. Their running that scheme because their OL is still bad and their QB is a bad passer. That's why they really only threw deep against Bama. Bama ran for 87 yards against FSU and for 72 yards against Wisconsin. Bama! We are going to shock that stadium into reality quick.I will keep repeating, I only fear Dawson against the 2 high S's in this game. That's it. Just come in prepared and motivated as if you're playing a dominant team away. The worst part of Doak is that **** band. I should bring ear plugs.

Who is the spy on Castellanos
IDK if I had to pick I probably want Wes.... I like Scott as a matchup but I think Scott is too dynamic all over the field and limiting him to solely watching castellanos would be a disservice to the rest of the defense. Wes is fast enough and I dont think his strength is diagnosing plays and I feel he can be fooled by eyecandy so a simple "watch castellanos every **** play and go where he goes" would likely let his natural ability take over

but I candidly dont love the spy idea against him. I think he is shifty in the open field and if he is 1 on 1 with whoever, he is likely expecting to beat them. You dont see too many true spies on Lamar Jackson by way of example, he is just too dynamic 1 on 1 and no LB is going to be able to contain him 1 on 1. If it were me I probably rush only our 4 as we have been doing, see if we can get home, hopefully we can, set the edges and then run zone on the backend. have the other 7 sets of eyes looking at the QB and just playing your zone. I dont get paid to coach football though so you can likely disregard all of this **** lol

building goodwill with the fanbase after a miserable year last year. Stack some exciting wins while they can, while also throwing a bunch of things for teams to look at on film. That said, if you can call plays for TDs, why not?

I think we finally see Lofton at 100%. He looked good against the Gators and I think he and Beck start getting back the connection they had over the summer.

They so badly want to pretend like last year never happened, like they didn't get dog walked by everyone on their schedule not named Fernando Mendoza. Even their current QB had them bent over like Candi Fisher at a frat house.
This is after they went undefeated -- ACC Champs & all -- but were still left out the CFB playoff because the committee knew what we all knew, that they didn't belong at the adults table.
They caught down bad Bama off guard and now they're convinced their balls dropped. But that trauma's too deep, the insecurity got 'em overcompensating. Next Saturday it's belt to *** and we're gonna use their blood as war paint.

Has anyone looked at the FSU commits? It is almost a who's who of South Florida kids that we either didn't want or found a better option.

Baga is now 5-5 in their last 10 games, including 4 loses to unranked teams.

The Holes are definitely improved, but they better slow their roll. Overconfidence is a byotcha.
Being dead honest & taking the jerseys names off the sec squads I'd say the team that looks the best ARGUABLY is Vanderbilt. & That's nuckin futs! Bama don't impress me at all. Tennessee does on offense but heupel is a concern for them. He gave away the Georgia game. Ugag is okay but Stockton i don't think is capable in big moments. No one else is worth talking about as ****** as arch is playing. He's Texas only problem. @gogeta4 you called that one right.
