Arguably the difference is this:

Miami (2025) took transfers that were generally young (2 years in), earned starts, and overperformed

FSU (2024) took transfers that were generally young (2 years in) and were highly touted coming out of high school. They had not solidified themselves as starters, but were viewed as potential stars due to how high they were rated coming out of high school.
