Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

I had to look up Charleston Southern because I thought FSU could easily lost to them and I realized they're 1-7 too. I know half the team may either transfer out, sitout for the draft or have an "injury" but there's no way they could lose to the worst FCS team.. can they?

That guy straight up said our team last year smoked them. Do they not remember us almost beating them in Tallahassee with two starting corners out and a true freshman 3 star backup qb who didn’t throw barely at all?
None of them remember that so I do my best to bring it up when I'm at bars in Tally and the Noles start talking about how great they were last year.

Crazy talk. Full healthy and we were starting damari brown and Richard at corner. Porter and Davis were out. We were gutted. No arroyo. And Emory in his first road start

FSU fans: “We are 1-7 and got the crap beat out of us….but Mario went for two and didn’t get it! Hahahaha, like went for two and didn’t get it! Man does Miami suck.”

I also dont know why they think we were trying to run up the score? a couple of the posters on the site were reasonable and were like how were they running up the score? by running A gap dive repeatedly?

A lot of them point to the 2 point attempt as you said, but seriously does anyone think 38-14 (or at the time of the play 31-7) vs 36-14 (or 29-7) would make a difference?

I also saw a few people on this site questioning why going for it and I think this came straight from the analytics department in the booth.

going for 2, had we made it, puts us as 31-7, a 24 point margin. I am unsure of the odds of going for and getting 2 on three straight TD plays but that is what we were banking on. Going for 2 makes it a 3 possession game AND they need to convert for 2 each time. By not getting it, still a 3 possession game and they needed 1 2 pt conversion. Kicking the XP they need 2-2 pt conversions. My guess the computer geniuses saw the difference in odds between getting 1 or 2 2-pt conversions as negligible but likely a big jump once you get to 3.

Seeing their response from this game, I feel better about our fanbase. Losing by 3 TDs, we focused on us and where we go from here. They think they'll be fine (a majority of them), but in the end, their in the worst place you can be. Still stuck with Norvell and know they can't fire him. ****, UF is in a far better place and we thought they were cooked as well.

Their HC had a gameplan not to get 50 put on them.

Down by 30 and letting the clock bleed out as if they were up by 2.

Safeties dropped so far you couldn't see them on TV.

That pile of salt and peppered haired **** that walks their sideline doesn't scare anyone.

If im an FSU fan I would be doing the same thing. Its better than having to actually deal with the fact that my team was a few missed field goals away from being 0-8.

Where do you go from here if your an FSU fan? Your season is over and its not even Halloween.

Your recruiting class will end up in the 50s or worse so that doesnt give you any hope for the future.

You have to work EXTRA HARD to prevent current players from jumping in the portal especially any young talent. (which there isnt much of but still..you gotta convince them to not transfer out to a school that isnt completely in the black hole for depth purposes)

So not only do you have to recruit your own guys all over again, you also have to recruit HS kids AND recruit guys who are in the portal to take a chance on you in 2025 so you can try to turn this around quickly.

Make no mistake..Norvall is praying FSU somehow has a bag of gold somewhere and buys him out. He wants nothing to do with this program anymore. Its an impossible rebuild and it will require them to completely hit the reset button. If your FSU fan, who is signing up for that? Lol.
