Current student population:
FU: 53,372
FSU: 43,569
UCF: 71,881
Miami: 17,809

So it would follow suit that the alumni and license plate registrations would distribution would be similar.
What the university of Miami has been able to accomplish is unbelievable considering its size and disadvantages. What we are about to do is going to infuriate everyone.

Noles fan is being a ******* idiot by saying Miami does not a big brand and reasons it with license plates.

******* license plates. Holy. ****.

Something’s got this guy shook lately. He’s been trying to troll hard with no success. And someone’s got to teach him how to use Twitter. He went on and on like the fool that he is.

We have more than both of them put together. Conveniently left that out.
He conveniently left Miami out of the entirety of the punctuation of his screed - probably because it would pulverize his argument if he admitted that the team with 1/10 of the license plates in Duval county has more chips, HOFers, head to head wins… than both of the northern diploma mills combined.

Wait, the Bowden mantra “anyone anywhere anytime”? Cause that sounds a lot like the mantra aoc a more nationally relevant brand that this guy is trying to convince himself is third

I like that he goes back over the past 50 years talking about first round picks, head to head, national championships, hall of famers, and Heisman trophies, but leaves off the team that is at the top of everyone of those categories

Nah nah nah. You got him with the 6D Inverted Chess.

2022: 6-6 , thet make it to a bowl game and lose. No extension but the hope has come back.

2023: 7-5, wins bowl game. Fans thinks they are head in the right direction. 3 years extension to 2028. The hope is palpable.

2024: 3-9, wheels fall off

2025: 6-6

Repeat and rinse.
You are maniacal!

I’m confused by the playing anywhere comment. If you want to make this argument against UF it makes sense, but without doing a deep dive Miami played ND at their place, OSU in NYC, Washington in Seattle, Penn State at their place, Cal at Cal all from the 80’s-2001. Miami also consistently played the best teams year in and year out.

I’d say he’s also confusing recent success for brand worth. The Dallas Cowboys are consistently ranked the most valuable sports brand in the world. Yet they have almost no success in the last 20 years.

These fools also forget Miami by in large has fought the last decade and a half with an arm behind its back, mediocre facilities, bad funding, average to below average coaching. As soon as Miami threw proper funding at the program, a top staff was hired, state of the art facilities are being built. FSU has to hope Norvell turns his tenure around or FSU is going to be forced to keep a coach they don’t want because they can afford to fire him. Maybe they could kick in some license plate revenue and pay his buyout….

For such a strong brand you wouldn’t be hearing about the money issues they had. If we are properly comparing brands.

It really must hurt the old butt crack to know a team has played for 10 championships, won 5 over the past 33 years, has produced what everyone considers the greatest CFB ever, has been down 20 years, but yet is still one of the most talked about CFB programs. Add to the fact what has taken place in the last 8 months, I mean hey.......

Wow....TJ is just a ******* idiot.
Nothing else to say about that. I think it's time for him to Meer TrumpyCane lol.
I Luv Bobby Bowden, but TJ’s Bowden Dynasty argument left out all of the Losses to Miami and the multiple MNC’s by Miami during the so called dynasty. His Bowden dynasty argument for National Brand actually makes the argument for Miami! Since Miami embodied the play Anyone/Anywhere mantra with games against Auburn, Notre Dame, Penn State, Oklahoma and etc.
