Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

Whoever signed him to this deal is a genius. If he signs this deal and goes to UGA or Bama, no one cares about who signed his deal cause those schools flip kids from FSU every year.

However, this is a unique story, maybe the biggest ever in recruiting history, #1 recruit going to an HBCU. People are gonna know why? That company is why lol. They are tied to him forever. The publicity they’re gonna get from this is well worth whatever they paid him.

Great deal for Barstool. 100%

Lol it absolutely will. Name me another DB that wasn’t a freak athlete that went to an FCS school and went in the first 2 rounds? Their names are Jeremy chinn and Kyle Duggar and both of these pro bowl levels talented didn’t even go in the top 45 picks. Anybody that’s ever worked in anything involving contracts like this also know that barstool probably put a clause in there preventing him from transferring to the DBS level too.
The other way to look at it is how many 5-star recruits chose to go to an FCS school, coming out of high school? If this kid is truly a 5-star kid, he'll stick out against HBCU competition. Chinn and Duggar wouldn't have chosen to go to an FCS school. There was no reason to back then. This is different. Will find out in three years I'd guess.

What kind of response to is this? Josh Norman was a 5th rounder just because he played in FCS and we don’t even know if the kid is that good. There’s plenty of guys that played HBCU ball that were taste draft picks and fought their way into rosters because they had to prove they were as good as everybody else.

Josh Norman was also SLOW. He wanted to transfer to Georgia, so he can play better competition. He got drafted in the 5th round, and only made the money he made because he was a zone corner playing in Carolina's system. Once he went to Washington, and got in a more man heavy system, he got lit up.
