Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

F$U fans will never get it.

They keep whining about "money", as if that has dictated every choice by every recruit.

F$U fans had NO PROBLEMS bragging about their program when they were spending money on Portal players when nearly every other school was too scared to go big on this "new creation" of the Transfer Portal. F$U fans LOVED to tell you how great Norvell's evaluation skills were, back when they had almost no competition in signing Portal players.

But, as like anything else about F$U, they are at their absolute best when they have no competition whatsover. Once they have to work for it? Yeah, that's when things get rough.

As for QB decline, just consider this...

1. Jordan Travis - led F$U to its undefeatee 13-1 season.
2. Succeded by DJU - his third school was F$U, after playing in 48 P4 games
3. Succeeded by Tommy Castellanos - his third school was F$U, after playing in 21 P4 games (plus 5 at UCF)
4. Succeeded by Ashton Daniels - his third school was F$U, after failing as the backup QB at Auburn

**** just keeps getting worser and worser...

Friendly reminder that FSU will need about $40-$50 million for buyouts next year. Might even be more.

He is mad lol

But he is right they always say the backups are better everytime first rounders leave, he aint lying about that. Replacing Bain and Mesidor is unlikely.

But...you know...that's not what was actually said.

The statement was that Miami thinks it will have a better overall team. Not that each singular position is better than last year.

And that's where the F$U douchebag goes down a rabbit hole.

He "grants us" Moten, but then tries to act as if it's a push because Moten was on the team last year. As if guys can't get better as they get older and play more.

He then yaps about Bain and Mesidor, even taking a cheap shot at Bain's arm length. Well, let's see...we took Damon Wilson II (who has 2 years to play), a guy who just had 9 sacks in the SEC-SEC-SEC. So, you know, maybe we have a guy who fits the role of Mesidor, a transfer who had 8 sacks at WVU before he transferred to Miami. He also chooses to ignore Lightfoot, who was MORE HIGHLY RATED than Bain out of HS, not to mention taller AND WITH LONGER ARMS. And who had 2.5 sacks last year, even as Bain and Mesidor tried not to leave the field of play.

And don't even get me started on his take on the OL. Sure, we lost Mauigoa. But remind me again...about who we signed in the same class who was ALSO a composite 5-star OL? Oh, right, Pancake Huncho can't possibly be as good as Mauigoa because every OL must develop at exactly the same rate.

The reality is that even if we are slightly lesser at THREE positions that went as #1 picks, we might be BETTER at three or more other positions. And if so, then maybe we have a better team.

Look, nobody wants to slam Carson Beck. But would we not agree that his INTs were a significant reason for at least 2 of our 3 losses?

Warchant boys are talking Canes again this morning too. 37:00 mark will get you to it.

It’s mostly just pure unadulterated cope on their part. Says our DL is Mohten and a bunch of unproven guys, but somehow forgot about Wilson who was a top DE in the SEC.

Again, they’re in the toilet and most of their view on us is just cope. Jimbo’s team in 2015, which they reference as an analogue, didn’t live up to expectations because they downgraded across the board. Not the case here especially at QB.
