And how do they know that you lining up for a FG isn't your 2 pt attempt? Do you think it's impossible to run a fake or shift to a different alignment? If a team lines up to punt on 3rd down, do the refs have to tell the coach, hey you may want to run a play, you get 4 downs? Or should that just be known, and the refs should only judge the plays and if any rules are broken. If the rule is you must go for 2, but you kick a PAT, then you broke the rule and are given 0 points and it's the end of your posession. Simple. It's perfectly valid reasoning. But AT WORST there is no excuse for them not calling a delay of game or taking away a timeout.

Their fantasy season was wrecked last night. NOW, the canes need to absolutely destroy them. Bully their D relentlessly by scoring often and at will. And completely shut down that HS 90% trick play BS offense. This cant be like last year where we keep it close. No moral victories for them. No, We need to blow them out.

Last year’s game was 36-7 until our second string gave up a garbage time touchdown to make it 36-14. I mean if you’re suggesting leaving the starters in to run up the score, I’m cool with that but it wasn’t a close game.
