Yup. These dudes are always making it seem like everything is great until it’s not. Okay, hear me out. Norvell sucks at recruiting, but Napier isn't terrible. Napier sucks at game planning, but Norvell isn't terrible. Maybe they should help each other out. UF and FSU are both state schools, so maybe they could work up a combined contract that would give the pair another 3-5 years to turn their programs around. They'd save a fortune in buyouts as well.

Newberg actually nails it. Love the paycheck to paycheck analogy. Fong thinks a good QB will fix everything.

Newberg comes back and correctly points out that 2024 portal was bad, bad recruiting especially at QB makes this situation more dire than what many of their fans believe. It goes way beyond not having the right QB.

Not trying to be hyperbolic here, but I just glanced at their schedule and I only see maybe 4 wins for them to still grab. If they get to 5 wins, that means that they have way overperformed and I just don't think they have the culture for that kind of thing.
