Bonding on-line over how much they don't like Miami fans

Always did seem strange to me that 2 out of the Florida big 3 are hillbilly schools.

Blows my mind why Miami doesn’t clean up the state every year in recruiting. Maybe with a better coach and more funds, that will happen.

If you’re from Miami, Tampa, Orlando, etc…why the **** would you want to live in Gainesville over Coral Gables, all else equal? We have a natural advantage

I'm a North Floridian to the bone — and I agree with this 100 percent.

Would love to see us dominate recruiting everywhere south of Daytona Beach and Ocala.
 
Florida is such a crazy state. Tale of extremes. You have places like Miami, which may be the most international city in America.

Then you have parts of Florida that are so redneck they make Alabama look like a beacon of civilization by comparison. NOBODY does redneck quite like the state of Florida. The only place I've ever been that even comes close is the swamps of Louisiana and the mountains of West Virginia.

But there are parts of Florida, swear to God and being 100% serious, I think the average IQ is somewhere in the 60's. Which explains why there are so many Gator fans out there.

You realize they could literally be talking about a few people, right? Why overgeneralize. It's the same thing with politics in this country. Youre either a white supremacist or a cuckhold snowflake. There are plenty in between, yet people want to make light of the worst of the worst.

People in Alabama think of the panhandle as being the backwoods.

I mean, if a bunch of rednecks are making fun of you for being such a redneck, I think you deserve a prize or something

Well country and redneck are two vastly different things to me. The Redneck Riviera is a running joke in Mobile.

Because the fans pack the on campus stadium weekly as their is little else to do, and they have much larger alumni and student body. Canes game day atmosphere is quite lacking when we are bad.
