Macchialina is always on point. I’m sure Carbone is too but I can’t get on board with the trend of NY transplants. Not traditional Italian, but I’ve heard Boia De is amazing.
I watch a lot of the Drink Champs podcast and the rapper N.O.R.E (who is from Queens) is always talking about Carbone. He mentions Carbone at least once an episode

Made this with a $1.50 box from wal mart, generic great value brand. Way cheaper and easier and still tasted great. Heated on the stove for 3 minutes too. If you need the recipe holla at ya boi.
