This was a great move for Dorsey, especially for those that clamor to have former players coach here. Dorsey never called plays or was in a coordinator position prior to this move. This is the next logical step in his career. Hopefully when we have a new staff, Dorsey's considered to be part of it so long as he shows success as a coordinator.

You are correct. This is Miami where we hire fired coaches and turn bartenders to DCs.
