Talking about w Rosier. As a matter of fact, this ***** needs to go back to being called Rozier! He hasn’t earned the right to have his name pronounced correctly.

If Rick does not take the appropriate action he could very easily have a torn locker room on his hands. As soon as that happens Rick will be in danger of losing his team. This is what he is paid 4 million a year for. To be able to put out these fires and win some **** games!

I'm sure this is right. Bailing on the QB who is on the field produces win after win. If the players think he should be replaced, they should go the coach behind closed doors. And if they've aspirations for adult manhood, they should give 100% for whatever players they are in the fight with.

We need Auntie Luke to turn up the race debate to get Rosier out of there. We have two fully black QBs on our roster, yet Richt is choosing to start the QB who is 50% white?

Its ok for fans to cry replace Rosier but if the players start a mutiny and destroy the locker room by showing up the QB on TV then CMR has no choice but to put his holy foot up their *** or get rid of them. Coaches lose jobs behind the selfish behavior of their kids. Programs fall when you let the inmates run the asylum. Ahmon is the elder statesmen of our receiving corp. If he's the catalyst, bounce his brittle ***. As a program we don't need him.

At the end of the day Rosier is starting because Richt and Brown decided it was the way to go. If players undermine Rosier then they undermine Richt and Brown. Suspend them or kick em off the team. Florida is filled with talented 4 star wr's. Better to start fresh than let some prima donna ruin the culture Richt is trying to build. If CMR doesn't put the smack down, he'll find himself re-retired.

I'm saying this based on the unsubstantiated rumor that the team is turning on Rosier. I'm not yet convinced this is the case though.

Ya maybe they should create a participation trophy for Malweak too. They should give him a safe space in the locker room that he can go in and no one can make fun of him when he is in there. You don't know **** about being a man or how to be successful. If you were one of my employees you would be on my ****list to be canned after making a soft shoulder comment like that. Pussies like you are the ones that raised this "weak generation".

I don't care whether they bench him or not, as long as the alternative is an improvement.

Just to get clear on your leadership methods to bring out the best performance in your employees - you can people for "soft shouldered comments"? And you encourage other employees to shun and ridicule underperforming employees, in public? That's good stuff. You should write management books.

No I don't encourage people to shun under performing employees. That is a great way to get HR on my ***. I don't coddle them either like you would want me to do. You are the guy that cries when his son gets made fun of for being a scrub. If my son sucked at a sport and was made fun of I would tell him to get better at the sport. I wouldn't go to the coach and ask him to make them stop bullying him.
