No Practice Monday???

Far cry from the days when KC Jones and the OL would go out and pull his pickup truck around in the parking lot to get stronger and practice on their own. Or of Dorsey working out with the receivers after hours or on days off.

This whole program has gone soft as ****. I don't get it. Golden came in here with all this "toughen up" talk and plan of action. It was all about UTOUGH and for the first couple of seasons, while we didnt play great, the team looked stronger, more conditioned, and disciplined. The last two years its like no one gives a f*ck anymore. Team just seems soft and not to care about ****.

Not shocked to Golden's soft attitude slowly infecting his team.

Scared to play aggressive defense.
Scared to play night games.
Scared to open vs big opponents.


Now what should be his team leader gave a heartless "we didn't feel like practicing" quote accompanied with an apathetic shrug?


The players are quitting.

They probably know that they got no shot at improving under this staff anyway, so why bother? It's not like these coaches have the brains to figure out what ails them or a clue as to how to fix it if they could..

College Game Day 2 weeks ago in Tally - Chris Fowler does a quick cameo on an FSU student in the crowd who grew up a Canes fan in Sarasota and even though the entire family were Canes fans she chose to go FSU "because the Canes are as soft as marshmallows", as Fowler and the entire panel are laughing at the mockery of Miami, nodding in agreement. THAT's how far and to the humiliating extent we have fallen.

or they don't feel the need as they know they are talented and it know its all in the coaching.
 
Maybe it's a new recruiting tool. Al's hustling not to lost commits and is selling "No Practice Mondays."
 
Don't have an issue with the team not practicing. Addition by subtraction and that means getting their legs back. Most teams have had their bye week by now as we have not

I applaud the move. Does it look like practice has helped? No amount of practice is going to overcome lousy game planning and a completely busted defensive scheme.
 
I asked an LSU beat writer on twitter if they were having practice after the butt whopping they. he answered me "yes" like it was the dumbest question on earth. lol . all i said was thank you.
