No Perfect Hire Available

There is not a Saban, Urban or John H available this year to hire. There is no slam dunk available in my opinion. Every candidate has their positives and negatives. Ragardless who Miami ends up with there will be groups that will be unhappy. Butch seems to be this boards unanimous decision but still there are doubts can he replicate the glory days? I think whoever we end up with no matter what will have to support themselves with a top flight staff to overcome their shortcomings. There are very few coaches who have proven they can plug and play with any coordinator and be successful, unfortunately none of them are going to be Miami's next head coach. There is no reason to stress over Butch, Strong, Cuban Al, Herman, Fuente and whoever else because the design on coordinators will be what makes or breaks the next regime!

Nobody is actually bringing any real reasons for Butch. Shula won 10 games at Bama while they were on probation and going through terrible years. Whoever above said Strong and Cristobal have been failures, what about Butch at UNC? Would you call his tenure there success?
