No one to be fired

We shall see...but I don't believe manny will fire anybody.
That would be admitting he fvcked up....doesn't seen like a guy thaf admits his mistakes.
He has also been saying that "what we are doing is sound" "what we are doing is tried and true stuff"
I dont think motherfvcker changes a single thing

No way you can keep Butch Barry on your staff, backups looked like they never played before.

It's sauce season and we have the first troll of many to have sauces and get this place riled up

Insiders....lol.....heard this one before.
I still think Enos moves on regardless.....look at his resume.

You think he moves on voluntarily? From a million dollar gig? No one would want him except as a qb coach and they are not commanding that kind of money.

Nah I'll eat crow if nothing happens but anyone who isn't brain dead would fire Enos. Manny fired the entire offensive staff in a few hours shortly after he was hired, he will do it again, or else this will end like Golden and D'Nofrio or Richt and little Richt.

I agree the only chance Diaz has to remain UM's head football coach beyond next season is to make moves. Failure to make moves will suggest some sort of financial limitation, or Diaz is not someone who's respected in the coaching fraternity. This can't continue. UM is not a top-50 program right now.

Some sacrificial lamb will get canned.
Maybe not someone we have even heard of...but someone will get the ax in a show of good faith.

Some white guy...of Italian decent.
Perfect.

No staff changes sounds like a Manny Diaz thing to do. If the staff makes changes and the team/program improves markedly, then win/win.

If the staff continues to step all over their ****s, then the process for a new staff and HC is expedited.

The move that must be made is the cleaning out of the athletic department: Blake James and his loser cronies. If they are around it won't matter when Manny Diaz is fired because the next hire will be another waste of time and money.

Until the AD is removed and the department commits itself to winning football it doesn't matter if Manny Diaz is still coaching or not.

Look at his record....he's a jumper...left a HC gig to be an OC....took a gig with Harbaugh only to pull a Cristobal a few days later to go to alabama....he's not going to stick around to wait to get fired and he has options...regardless of what we see and believe, he is highly regarded and will jump, Imo.

If Manny is a smart man he has no choice but to correct HIS mistakes NOW. If he thinks he can right the ship next year without making the right changes he is, indeed, dead man walking. It's not just the scheme that Enos runs, it's his arrogance too. Manny should know that this offense does not work with the players we have and hoping for better either through recruits, or the portal, is pointless.

Manny also needs to cut out all the silly bullsht. Get rid of the chain and the rings and the dancing and all the crap that is designed to make the players happy. It's all infantile and it has proved this year that it doesn't do anything other than make us look like a clown show. I'd rather he instill the mindset like VT has...the lunch pail. NOT the physical lunch pail but the understanding that every time they step on the field each and every one of them has to do their job 110%. Football is not a dance recital. It's a violent game that requires a violent mind set. It's also a game that requires football smarts and intuition. These can ONLY be instilled into the team through a no bullsht approach to everything from training, to practice, to game time.

Any player not happy with this approach should either sit or quit. Weed out the uncommitted trash and play the guys with the desire to win and a disdain for losing.

Per insiders I have heard the full staff is safe. They believe they can fix it with better execution and accountability. Enjoy misery boys. This is what you get for donating to garbage. Stop giving money for anything. Football or non football related. Make them pay.
Cool. Insider post. Cool

I see no way Enos is with the team next season.

Either he'll leave in his own (most likely), or he'll be pushed out.

The problem is Manny will be MORE determined to show he was correct and that a pro style power offense is the way to go just so he can say "I told ya so!"

I wouldn't count on a spread or up tempo coordinator being brought in as a replacement.

He's not getting an OC or HC gig at another school unless perhaps a lower tiered program. But he will not make the money he's earning right now. What ever high regard he had he parlayed to the job he has now. But his product is there for all to see and no one in their right mind will give the guy anywhere what he's making now. I can see him getting canned and going somewhere as a qb coach. I don't see him leaving voluntarily at this point.

Keep an eye on Michigan State who may be looking to overhaul their staff.
He has "Nick Saban" on his resume, so he will be highly regarded in spite of what he has done here....it's all about who you know and worked with in coaching circles.
