Kid closes with speed and violence, plays the ball well, and looks fluid. Granted this is just me watching half of his junior highlights on Hudl and I don't know ****...but Blake Stewart, who was ostensibly was the top safety on our board and a huge loss, is ranked below Redding on both 247 and On3. Redding has a faster 100m time (10.52 vs 11.12) and they're both listed at 6-0 175. What am I missing? Why is this kid a plan B and Stewart was a must get?
Where is that 10.52 from?
Also, it's been said by many on this board as well as Gaby on 247 that he is closer to 5'9/5'10 than 6'0
What he does have is a really good break on the ball…Like he's shot out of a cannon when ball is in the air.
