The yella-bellied coward has run out of cliche's and can't con anyone any longer.

I guess he couldn't use the "wife's health" excuse again? I picture Blake James trying to pull the covers off Golden and he keeps screaming "I'm sick I swear to God I can't go. Feel my head."

Why is he not fired yet? What BS could he possibly tell recruits, parents, or coaches to justify this **** poor season?
 
Please tell me he is out on the recruiting trail for a new job. I mean, you couldn't possibly go to a recruits house today right?

If he is seriously going to stay, I may seriously not watch another game until he is gone, players deserve way more.These BOTs and AD need a nice swift kick in the *** man. How can they be that blind.

Who the **** cares what his payout is, you mean to tell me this private university can't makes that much money in a semester alone! GTFOH, you can fool some people but not fooling this guy.

Join the club. Won't renew season tickets nor donate to the school in any aspect if he's back.
 
I hope this is not true. If he is out recruiting then he isn't getting fired. Sigh...

Incredibly this University never learned its lesson. After extending awful contracts despite holding all the leverage to weak recipients (Coker, Clark, Shannon and most recently Morris) the Golden contract takes the cake. Can it be believed he was actually extended out till 2020?

No way he gets let go anytime soon and Golden is not dumb enough to negotiate a buyout. One thing is certain he and his handlers are much smarter and savvy than those representing the Univeristy.

By the way this is Al's first year, so let's be fair before passing judgement. This mildest is brought to you by the president of the university. What more proof do we need that zero fux are given about this program. They don't care, sorry neither do I when it comes to spending and investing my time/emotions/dollars.

The buyout has to be chump change. You don't lock big money into a chump like golden. I'm think aroun 1 to 1.5 times base comp.

Even if it's more, the Al golden buyout will be the best money Donna has ever spent. The entire fan base is up in arms, the media smell blood, and recruits are going to walk. Al is to toxic to stay.
 
we were told the same line when he was trying to get the PSU job and no one could find him.
