No changes under scott

There's nothing that Scott can do at this point. His starting QB as well as the best WR is out and the OL is crap. We're near the bottom of the division and are 1-2 in conference play. I'm just focused on the head coach and hope we make it to a bowl game at this juncture.

It's all good!!!! Perfect actually. Now we don't have to worry about a miracle finish and him winning out and the kids wanting pushing for him to get the JOB!

Season is done anyway.

I'm ready for Signing day and spring football 2016
 
with a back up qb who has no game experience do you actually expect a win? if we do win it may be the biggest win of the al golen era.
 
You still need somebody to coach. You can't fire everybody. It's not like the current staff is loaded with people ready to take over. You also can't change the scheme effectively during the season. A little change here and there might work. We can't just start running 4-3 with press coverage and expect it to work overnight

Just too many distractions this week for these kids to win this game. Kaaya may not be able to play, Golden has finally been sacked, Scott injured, and now Artie Burns has lost his Mom. Gonna be too much to ask of this team. Duke wins big.

Bull****, you can change a defensive scheme in a week. IF, and that's a big *** IF, you have practice. So far. No practice on Monday. Light practice on Tuesday. etc.

Welp, there went the hopes of a good bowl game this year. "Everything is about them"

Aside from Artie, GTFO. Nothing is about them. It's about getting your **** shoved in for 60 minutes, allowing a point a minute and scoring none. Better not change anything, it's working perfectly.

Can't wait till this mongoloid is gone too. New HC is going to have his work cut out, there are like 1-2 staff members that can return, everyone else is canned ****.
 
Why would he say there will changes? I would prefer to have Duke believe we will be running the same playbook. That would be to our advantage.
 
It's sad, for a small period there I was actually excited about being able to root for the Hurricanes again.

We're having weep-a-thons and treating this team like a bunch of kids during a divorce. I've never seen a football program run like a summer camp before. This is sickening.
 
Seriously guys, do you really think he is going to PUBLICLY bash the very people he has to rely on for the next five weeks, for better or for worse? Do you think the schools lawyers would even let him criticize anyone? And why would he give Duke any info at all?

The 4-3 with press coverage is in the playbook - it's just one of 18 fronts the kids are asked to learn.

Throw out the other 17 and just let them get after it.

Could have sworn Scott said Kaaya would play Saturday, that they were just following doctor suggestions to keep him out today.

Dont they basically run everything now as do most coaches?

benching sobs for stupid penalties
