I use to park at Seńora Delia’s house every game for years. Real sweet Cuban lady. When she sold her house and she moved in with her sister, I followed her and her parking hustle over there. Fun times. I always got blockied.

My favorite thing to do was to get a few locals to act ****ed at some of Semenhole and **** friends that would come down and give them the “bad neighborhood” vibe they were whining about and liking for…

Oh **** yeah, twenty dollars no block. The guys that did it at their houses and they’d take everyone’s keys so there was no block and they could move cars if they had to - those guys were the best. They were worth the $5 premium on top of the $20 - they were like $25 valet

Grew up parking at the same house a couple blocks away from OB my entire childhood. Dad and his friends had been parking there for years. Small little park across the street where we’d play pick up football and tailgate all day. What a childhood I had in the 90’s, early 00’s.

Different times man. Miss that kinda stuff

My dad and I never paid more than $10. We'd usually find a good spot at one of the houses alongside 836.

Nah def. early 80s. I can tell by the car and clothes style. Besides, in '75, trying to find parking at the OB wouldn't have been a story.

I used to park by Citrus Grove Middle, on the street, for free. That was usually doable if you got there 1.5-2 hours before kickoff, maybe a bit earlier than that for bigger games. It was something of a hike, but in retrospect, in terms of time walking, I'm not sure it's all that different from parking in the yellow lot at HRS and navigating around all the various barriers and stuff they have in the main parking lot area now.

Believe it or not, after all those years parking around there, going back to when I'd go with my dad......no one ever F'd with the car or anything.
