Going to be a hassle to deal with once developed. Not sure the lack of interest from Canes given is clear raw talent. Rosier is #25, little smaller frame, longer delivery and not local.

I like both QB's i wish Jerrard Randle wouldve stuck it out at Oregon instead of going to LSU. He's at a JuCo now.
