Highschool transfer portal is wild
 
Absolutely wild that transferring between public schools is part of the norm today. Happening all over the country. So much for competing for your hometown team
 
Saw something about the guy who runs FBU was hired at Carol City and wants to bring his guys with him. Supposedly a bunch more kids will hitting Carol City this season.

Carol City area is one of the few areas in soFla where you consistently have big kids.
Alot of them playing at Carol.City HS like William Roberts, Johnny Lewis, Kevin Simon, James Gilbert, Ricky Perry, Lester Williams, etc but others from area playing at American, Norland and HML. Similar deal with their basketball programs. There was several kids by the last name of Faulkner who played hoops and football for those schools. One of them playing for the Virgin Islands national team and another one in the NFL. I have no idea if it was something in the water or local food with those kids. Lol.
